What Happens When You Click, and Why.

Studies show that a person shopping for a vehicle spends an average of four hours researching a vehicle, on line, before purchasing. Many even spending 18-24 hours gathering information at Dealer, Manufacturer, and Third-Party Sites. The future of car sales is in the digital world and everyone knows it.

When you click for information on a vehicle, whether it be for a price quote, availability check, trade-in value or simply just to find out what color the vehicle is, you are actually putting real people to work for you and your request is taken VERY seriously.

Our Internet Department computers are monitored 24/7/365. First, you will receive confirmation from our system that your request has been received and delivered to an Internet Manager who will be handling everything from your initial request all the way up to and even past the point of your purchase.

After your confirmation, we strive to supply you with the information you have requested in less than one hour, but in most cases you will receive an email and a phone call within 30 minutes during our regular business hours. You have asked us for information and we will make every attempt to contact you with the specific information you have asked for. You are not obligated in any way, and you can opt out of emails by clicking the "opt out" link included in all emails. You can also request not to be contacted by telephone if you choose.

OnStar Stolen Vehicle Slowdown Capability

  Last fall, OnStar announced Stolen Vehicle Slowdown, a significant enhancement to its Stolen Vehicle Assistance service.  This new capability allows an OnStar Advisor, while working with authorities at the scene, to send a signal to remotely slow down a stolen vehicle to further aid in its safe recovery.
  Beginning with 2009 model year production, over 1 million select GM vehicles will be equipped with the Stolen Vehicle Slowdown capability. As of 9/15/08 this capability is available for use in OnStar Stolen Vehicle Assistance situations.
  Cadillac, HUMMER and Buick vehicles with this capability include; H2, H2T, Lucerne, DTS, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade EXT, SRX (excluding V6). This Excludes hybrids and Diesels
